Taqwa (God-consciousness) is in Surah Al-Baqarah (Quran 2:183), which states:

"O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous (or attain Taqwa)".

This verse highlights that fasting is a spiritual practice meant to cultivate mindfulness of Allah, purifying the heart and strengthening faith, not just abstaining from food and drink.



"Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous (muttaqī),among you.”(Qur'an 49:13)

4:30 PM -'Asr Prayer & Tea Time

5:00 PM -Session 5 : Living as a Muttaqī in the Modern World


5:40 PM -Commitment & Closing
