The existence of ethnic diversity in society is the nature of life. It must be responded wisely by knowing the background and development of the ethnic communities concerned. In addition, to understand their life through meaningful interaction with the surrounding culture is an effort toward universal prosperity.
Justification

The justification of this seminar is as follows:
1. To gather expertise at the international level in the field of ethnic and cross culture.
2. To submit a combination of knowledge in a variety of traditions, fields as well as new findings responding to multi ethnic issues.
3. To submit a mechanism to face the current challenges associated with multi ethnic and cross culture based on research findings.
4. To become an expert discussion platform at the international level in the field of multi ethnic towards universal prosperity.

Objective

This seminar aims to achieve several objectives, namely:
1. To submit latest researches related to the multi ethnic and cross culture towards universal prosperity.
2. To develop ideas related to issues of multi ethnic and cross culture that occur in various stages.
3. To improve the ability of participants to apply their ideas through new discoveries in addressing contemporary issues related to multi ethnic and cross culture.
4. To help participants to understand the mechanism of facing the current challenges based on the research findings, especially in connection with multi ethnic and cross culture.
