Young Executives Seminar (YES) “Where Future Leaders Meet”- is an annual event organised by Irshad HR Consulting. At Irshad, we believe that young executives should be inspired to develop their leadership skills. Leaders will lift the performance of everyone who works with them and learning how to be a better leader necessary step to getting there.

YES 2016, with the theme of “PURPOSE.PASSION.PERFORMANCE”, brings to you a line-up of experienced speakers and facilitators to share their wisdom, powerful insights, proven strategies and practical tips. This will help the young executives to enhance their personal excellence and leadership abilities.

Seminar Objectives

Understand the current challenges and the needs of young executives to be future leaders
Gain insights on new and divergent challenges faced by organisations and executives
Understand organisational and corporate expectations on future leaders;
Identify key attributes required for the Executives to be excellent at personal level and effectively contribute towards achieving their organizations' success.
