Leveraging Faith to Boost Employee Engagement

Faith is a healthy antidote to the emotional, spiritual, and professional costs of the corporate world.
Connecting the values of faith directly to the purpose of their work can improve performance and productivity of employees.

Based on extensive research conducted by the Speaker, he has found two most important aspect that has been missing among the Muslims workforce namely:

i) Ihsan (excellence / perfection) in everything we do
ii) Itqan - (meticulous) to constantly check the work and do not take the work lightly

Ihsan and Itqan are the two characteristics that have been missing in the Muslim workforce be it in Malaysia or globally.

The West has realized the importance of quality and perfection; by applying these characteristics, its civilization has grown and become more powerful and it is clearly shown by their strength in terms of economy and market capitalization.

This two days workshop aims to help managers, executives and HR professionals to understand how to leverage the power of Faith to improve performance and productivity amongst their employees.

Uprising international speaker Mohammed Faris from Texas, USA, is a well-known expert in a unique subject of faith and productivity. He will be sharing practical in-depth guidance and understanding on how being true Muslims can improve our lives as a whole and consequently bring impact to the organization.
