EVENT MANAGEMENT - TEAMWORK & COLLABORATION
TEAM APPROACH
The event management project will establish a joint-project team and will require participation by main event organiser's key personnel and representatives. This includes participation in all three phases ie. pre-event, during-event and post-event.
WORKING COMMITTEE
The event Working committee will comprise of the main event organiser personnels and event management service provider company. This committee will discuss matters arising pertaining to the conference and to report on the progress of the conference.
