ARIFIN HASSAN

Arifin Hassan is the founder and Executive Chairman of ABH Inspire Global Sdn Bhd, a Human Resource Development Consulting firm that specializes in Training, Consultancy, and Event Management.

He received early education in Malay College Kuala Kangsar, a secondary school in Northern Malaysia. He then continued his studies in Poole Technical College, England and Liverpool John Moore’s University, United Kingdom in Building Cost and Engineering.

He had worked in UITM as a lecturer of Architecture Planning and Surveying for 8 years and was very active in the Teaching and Learning Division. Afterwards he worked at a Human Resource Development consulting firm as a Senior Training Consultant. He then received a Masters education (MBA) from Hull University, UK, in Human Resource Development (Training).

In the training field, Arifin Hassan specializes in Management of Change, Strategic Planning, High Impact Leadership Skills, and Negotiation Techniques. He is experienced in conducting courses and training programmes for governmental departments and agencies, as well as corporate bodies. His main clients include PETRONAS, PROTON, Brunei Government, PT Waskita Karya Jakarta, and Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura.

He has also appeared on a few media channels such as TV1, TV2, TV3, and Radio TV Brunei to discuss the issues of management and entrepreneurship.

He is also a former chairman of the PTA (Parent Teacher Association) of Sekolah Kebangsaan Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur, Vice Chairman of the Institute of Organization Development (IOD) and Honorary Secretary of the Malaysian Association of Management and Administration (MASMA) and member of the Yayasan Perkembangan Kanak-Kanak Malaysia and Chairman of the Persatuan Tadika Islam Malaysia (PERTIM).
